This home is a one floor dwelling with open living room and newly renovated kitchen. The rest of the house was completely renovated in 2015. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay and Nauset Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Crystal Lake and Pilgrim Lake are within a half mile for fresh water swimming and fishing. Easy walking distance to Kent's Point Conservation area, This home has an open spacious kitchen and living room with a large flat screen TV and new appliances and a large table that seats 6 . It has stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. It has free WiFi, central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. There is also and outdoor shower.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large screen TV with walk in closet and master bath with double sinks.
Second bedroom is spacious with walk in closet and king size bed with a large screen TV.
Third bedroom has a queen size bed and roomy closet. The 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks and a washer and dryer.
There is a deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grille. There is a large lawn and detached garage. There is also a fire pit. In the garage are coolers, beach chairs and boogie boards for your use

What an amazing home! Perfect location to get to the bay beaches or travel to the outer cape. So comfortable, absolutely loved the outdoor shower. Was just what we needed with a baby to enjoy a week in the beach.

When we arrived, the home was on a private road in a country-like location. It looked very peaceful. The open layout of the kitchen area and living room was beautiful. The bathrooms were very spacious. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely soft, to the point when you laid on it, it was difficult to rollover or get out of it. Unfortunately my husband and I woke up with a backache every morning. The most important thing I have to mention regarding this home is the smell inside. When we arrived and opened the door to enter, the musty odor hit us right in the face. The smell was so strong! I went to the nearest store and bought plug-in air fresheners and put them in every room of the house but it didn’t help. I opened all the windows but that didn’t help either. This home is beautiful, spacious and is situated in a very private setting. I truly hope the owners are able to get rid of that musty smell. It smelled as though there was moisture that settled in the house over the years.

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals. This was the best. It was in a fantastic location. The great room was a wonderful place to gather after a day at the close by Nauset Beach. The King size beds were more than comfortable.

We loved staying in this home. It was even prettier than the pictures showed. It was clean & quiet and our king bed was so comfortable. We appreciated the sand toys and chairs in the garage. Great location. Really fun visit Cape Cod! Thank you!

Family trip july 2025

Great place, and a lovely family that clearly takes good care of the place! It was clean, convenient, easy to town, bike path, beaches and Nickerson. Loved a whole extra table for board games. Thanks for a great week with the family.

Family vacation

We had an amazing time and the house is beautiful. Being centrally located worked perfect for our family. We were able to jump around to all parts of the cape and then relax and rest at the house. Thank you for the place to stay, we will be back!

Lovely home, wonderful stay

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

A lovely home! We loved the open floor plan, everything was very clean, large bedrooms, access to the garage to store beach chairs was appreciated, the outdoor shower was so refreshing. We also loved the location. We were close to our favorite beaches and lots to enjoy around Orleans. Thank you for letting us stay at your house, we are already looking forward to our trip next year!

Great house centrally located in Orleans

This house was perfect for our family. We visited in July to spend time with our son that was playing for the Orleans Firebirds. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to Eldredge Park and very central for everything else. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked.

Wonderful rental

Such a wonderful house in Orleans. Stayed the end of June 2022 and had a fantastic week! House is all on one level, very easily accessible. Modern amenities. Two king beds and one queen bed were all excellent and comfortable. Very kind, thoughtful and helpful rental property owners who live next door. Definitely would love to stay again next summer!

Fantastic house - large, spacious rooms. Great beds. Loved the deck and great room / kitchen.

Stayed for 2 weeks in July. Needed central air a couple days - which was nice to have! Loved the big bedrooms and comfy mattresses. Ceiling fans in all rooms were nice too. Great room was perfect for hanging out, cooking, eating. Loved the deck. Good central location for Orleans downtown shops and restaurants. Art and Meredith very attentive and accommodating. Would definitely come back!

Orleans Escape

This was a perfect setting for friends to gather and relax. The open kitchen and living area was well appreciated especially during one rainy day when we decided to stay in — that’s a true test of a good vacation rental. We took advantage of every amenity— particularly the outdoor shower. Having the separate game table area was perfect for our evening board games. The fire pit made for a special evening outside under the stars.

Relaxation in Orleans

We have been vacationing in Cape Cod every year for the past 13 years and this was our first stay in Orleans. What a wonderful choice we made! The house was immaculate and perfectly suited for our family. The location is great...easy to get to beaches, restaurants and stores. Our morning bike rides to Nauset Farms were a highlight! We love Nauset Beach and spent most days there. The owners were so helpful and answered our questions promptly and suggested some fun places to explore. We would love to return to this house next year for our vacation!

Wonderful stay in Orleans

We had a great time at the Orleans house. It was comfortable, spacious, and a perfect location. Our kids loved the kids room and the toy bin. We made use of the fire pit and bbq and enjoyed sitting out in the comfortable weather and watching the fireflies. Appreciated that sand toys and beach chairs were available. It would have been nice to have a beach umbrella available; the one that was offered went with the outdoor table and was too heavy to lug to beach. All in all an ideal time in Cape Cod. The kitchen appliances/cookware were perfectly stocked. My only feedback on that note is that it was tough that they had zero communal cooking items barring a container of salt. Always a bit of a bummer to have to stock up on all the little things when you're coming from out of town like oil, vinegar, pepper, mustard, etc. Additionally, some parts of the home could use some updating/love and appeared a bit worn. The blinds for instance did not always open/close, coffee maker turned off sometimes when brewing, rugs/towels/dishtowels could use replacement. We still had a really lovely and comfortable stay.
