Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather all used towels or other used linens and put them in the laundry room for our cleaning team to find!
Please put all trash in the trash can in the garage. If you are checking out on a Friday morning, please take the trash out to the curb.
Please close the garage door, lock the side yard door, and the front door before you leave. Also leave garage door openers on the kitchen countertop. Lost openers will result in a $100 fee per remote.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No commercial photography or filming is allowed.
Quiet hours are between 11pm and 6pm. Any noise complaints resulting from unreasonable volume will result in a fine of up to $500.
You can park in the garage or the driveway. If there are more than 4 cars present, please parks in the spaces across the street.
