Two great family homes so your whole group can ride the ORV trails and visit Lake St. Helen!

Enjoy Trailside Retreat, a 3-bed, 1 bath main home and Base Camp, a 2-bed, 1-bath cabin! Both have their own private driveways, fenced-in yards, firepits, and grills. Large enough hangout spaces for the whole group to get together.

Plenty of parking for multiple trucks, trailers, ORVs, etc.

Enjoy "Up North," the ORV trails, and Lake St. Helen with the whole family or group! This spacious property has two homes with two private fenced-in yards and hangout spaces for spreading out.

Chill and recharge in your private space or hangout as a larger group easily. Or put the kids in Base Camp (the green 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin) and the adults in Trailside Retreat (the white 3-bedroom, 1-bath home) - we won't judge!

Fenced-in yards are fully enclosed around each home. Limit 2 dogs per house (with a one-time $100 pet fee per trip). No cats at this time, sorry.

Kids welcome! Note that neither home is baby-proofed.

There's a separate driveway and separate parking for each unit, with a huge flat grassy area for extra parking. See photo in our listing.

You have full run of both homes, the yards, and the shared, wooded space and flat land for running with leashed dogs, playing games, etc.
