We enjoyed our stay and having the space to accommodate all of us. We had 4 adults in total and loved the privacy of the pool with heat and the ability to cook breakfast and do a quick load of laundry. Windsor is a great location for all of the parks and visiting friends who live close by. We will be back again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking this home again, but a few improvements would make a big difference. Some areas could use a bit more attention and upkeep. The shower door handle in the master was missing, and the water pressure in the master shower was below expectations (consistent with other reviews). The pool deck also needed cleaning upon arrival, with leaves and some debris present.That said, the location was excellent and we really enjoyed the neighborhood—especially the sports court area. The host was responsive, typically replying within a day.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The residence is true to its name with luxurious amenities and exceptional customer service. As a long-time admirer of Windsor Hills, I have found this property to be my new preferred choice. Its spaciousness further enhances its appeal. The only issue was that the ice maker did not want to work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few things. There was a shower door that came off the rollers. The floor hasn't been completely swept. Shower in master bath had little water pressure or hot water. Everyy other bathroom was good. But would stay there again.

The location is absolutely excellent! It is close to places to shop and eat. We needed to be close to ESPN Wide World of Sports for my child’s competition. The home was exactly what was needed for us. The weather we definitely did not expect, but that’s not anyone’s fault. The hot tub never would work or bubble. The temperature didn’t get warm enough until the day before leaving. The shower doors in both bathrooms need to be fixed as they were hard to open and shut. Honestly there just needs to be clear instructions on things when checking out and how to operate things. There needs to be some cleaning of the cushions outside as all of them are dirty and weathered.
