Top finishes in interiors , air conditioning and ceiling fans,refrigerator and washing center with dryer and washing machine, confortable King size bed , double bed futon, living room and dining room. Ideal for 3 people.
The building is new , has elevator, roof top swimming pool, gym and espectacular ocean view from the roof top.
The city zone where the building is located has an excellent location full of restaurants and bars , in front of a sports field and only two blocks from the cosmopolitan 5th Avenue of Playa del Carmen.
