Marco was a great host! The room was very clean upon arrival. The dedicated parking space was a great feature, as was the kitchenette, which allowed for some home-cooked eats. The bed was super comfy and the balcony provided a great space to chill and observe the coastline and bustling buildings nearby. Just a 10 minute walk from Pueblo, a grocery store, getting snacks and food supplies was a breeze. While the building’s pool is still under renovation, it’s hard to complain; you can walk out of the back door and immediately find yourself on a gorgeous beach with white sand and teal water. The furthest we traveled east was Fajardo and the furthest west was Old San Juan. Neither took even an hour to get to, so, for our purposes, the location was perfect. Would definitely return!

We had a great time in Puerto Rico. The cupboards of this unit were well-stocked. Nice views of the beach, local community and the airport. Convenient on-site parking. Unfortunately, the pool is still not renovated as of our visit last year. Easy access to the beach.

Beautiful studio

Me and my friend loved staying at this beautiful studio. Our host was nice and let us check in a little earlier. Good location, restaurants bars, coffee places are in a walking distance. Also grocery store just 10 min away walking. Amazing view from the balcony and reasonable price. Just book it!

Everything was as expected, clean, comfy, easy access to the beach, parking included, everyone was so pleasant and so close to everything. Can't get any better than that. We even went jet skiing which was amazing!!
