The place was cozy and the mountain view was great! Not too far of a drive from here to Denver, Golden, Red Rocks or any of the hiking spots nearby. Haydee was very kind and accommodating as a host!

This home deserves more than 5 stars! The hosts have provided so many thoughtful touches and amenities! Clean, comfortable, and well stocked! Communication was a breeze. Do be aware (as the hosts have stated) that if you are unsteady on your feet, this is probably not the spot for you. The view over the valley and toward Golden is beautiful.

Fabulous place with a stunning view of the mountains and a creek in the backyard! Haydee was delightful and fun to chat with while she was gardening around the beautiful property. The accommodations were extremely well-maintained and furnished with thoughtful attention to every detail. Highly recommend!

I rarely review anything and prefer to stay offline. The property and hosts were phenomenal. We were going to Red Rocks for a concert and they had 2 clear concert bags. I lost an earring the first night and they disassembled the sink and found it before we were home Friday night. She offered to drive us to Red Rocks both nights. (Though I’m not sure she knew it could be hour on concert night). It is 10 minutes from their home. The property was beautiful and well appointed with a great view and hosts were so welcoming and available

Haydee's place is great for a couple looking to explore the Denver area. It was convenient to Downtown, Colorado Springs, Boulder and the mountains, all of which we visited. The walkout basement apartment has a great view of the mountains and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. It was also large enough to entertain our two daughters, who live in the area, for dinners. The house is on a quiet street and parking was no problem. Haydee was readily available if we had any questions. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

I wish we could leave more than 5 stars! We have found our Colorado home-away-from-home. With great communication before our arrival to every detail being just as described on the listing, cleanliness, mountain views, coffee with Cujo (not guaranteed for all visitors) and amenities that exceeded our expectations, Haydee has done an AMAZING job creating a perfect little hideaway for Colorado visits. (The bed is SO comfortable and we are really picky out our bed/pillows when traveling) No question, we will be staying here again! Thank you Haydee, Cujo and Tom…it was a magical week! Just to note…Haydee has worked very hard to make your stay seamless. There are camping chairs, a cooler and ice packs in the freezer, reusable bags for shopping, bathroom amenities incase you forget something, PLENTY of hangers, lamps next to the bed with usb ports, a sound machine in the bedroom and SO many other details…you’ll feel right at home!

Highly recommend this lovely property. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of seating for guests. The Hosts were very responsive to all correspondence and communication was excellent. Provided additional check out instructions prior to our leave. The view is pretty and there were squirrels and ducks to watch. We hope to stay again.

This is a great unit for either Single or couple to stay at. The unit itself has all the accommodations of a hotel, plus a complete kitchen with whatever cookware; plates etc. you need to cook. The location is perfect and the view is spectacular! There is a major grocery store 5 minutes away; major highway is also just 5 minutes away. Many food options in the area to choose from. I'll definitely book the next time I'm visiting my daughter in Colorado.
