Walking around with my family, friends, and dog is super relaxed. Neighbors look out for each other here. Owner since 2020. House built around 1910.
What makes this property unique
Love staying in or going out. House has wood floors, lots of light, cozy rooms. Well-appointed patio, gas grill, fire pit, outdoor rinse shower, EV hookup and garage, Nearby beaches, eats, historic sites, golf, walking trails. 10 min walk to York Village, 15 mins drive to Portsmouth NH, 45 mins to Portland ME. Can’t go wrong.
