A few minutes drive to Pine Point Beach 4 BR / 2.5 BA house in a quiet neighborhood.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and finished basement. TVs located in basement, living room and master bedroom. There is also a deck (with grill) with a stone patio and fire pit. There is a washer and dryer located in the upstairs that is available for use. There are 2 full baths in the upstairs (one is in the master bedroom) and a half bath located on the first floor.

Linens and towels provided.

The house is located a few minutes drive to Pine Point, close to Old Orchard beach as well other beaches such as Ferry, Higgins and Scarborough beach. Aquaboggan and Funtown and Portland are only a few minutes away as well.

Very nice house for large gathering.

House was very clean. Spacious. Oven light did not work and keypad on garage door somehow stopped working however that was very minor. Very quiet neighborhood. The group as a whole stated they would come back and stay again. Maybe in the Fall or even winter.

nice Maine house

house was clean and as shown in the photos. Our one problem was getting the code for the door. The owner was unreachable for over 2 hrs from our scheduled arrival time
