Our family had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location right on the beach. The balcony was amazing as well! It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back!

I stayed in this beautiful condo with my family of 6 and my mom and dad. It was the perfect size for us. The place was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing. Everything was very clean. We loved being able to go from the pool to the beach and back again to the pool/hot tub. There were plenty of beach chairs for all of us. We didn't have any issues and can't wait to go back again!

This is an incredible condo! Beautiful, bright, roomy and white glove test clean. The view is exceptional and the sunrises across the water and pier was enough to get us out of bed in the morning. Kristina is a wonderful hostess. She was extremely accommodating with questions we had, which were few. The best for us was that it was four legged friendly. You would never know dogs were aloud. This was the cleanest condo we have stayed in. We will be back!

Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The one bedroom with two queens/fulls was too tight with no bedside table. One family member needed a beside table for their CPAP unit, so we crammed the beds against either wall to insert a chair. I would suggest a twin (or twin bunkbed) and a queen in that room. We had a small glitch getting into the unit upon checkin but the owner/manager quickly got on the phone to call me, instead of texting back-n-forth, which was very helpful. Very easy access to and from the beach and pool for our mom with mobility issues. Everything was very clean including the silverware and kitchen utensil drawers. We made wonderful family memories, We will be reserving this unit next year. Thank you.

This was the third time we have rented from Kristina at The Pearl and we have already booked 3 times for next year! You will not be disappointed! She goes above and beyond for her renters. Little extras like full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in each bathroom! Also enough trash bags (many other hosts only leave 2 bags) she leaves a roll! Also laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, etc! Don’t walk, run and rent this condo!

We traveled with four adults and two seventeen year olds and this unit was perfect. The two main rooms were completely apart for the two set of adults to have ample privacy. The unit was very clean and had everything needed for an excellent week. The extra beach chairs were a blessing after one of ours broke! The host answered every question quickly which was awesome! We can’t wait to rent this one next year. Thank you!
