Mountain Time - Updated 3 bedroom home,<br>walk to trails, horses, tennis, & more!

"Mountain Time" is a recently remodeled 3-bedroom single-family home located within walking distance to Timberline Mountain Ski Resort, the a National Wildlife Refuge Trail System, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, hiking, biking, tennis courts, and other activities like golf, sporting clays, fishing, kayaking,
etc. within a short distance. Upon arrival, enjoy a tasty beverage from our friendship bar and relax in the built-in hot tub, lounging by the fire pit, or on the new sectional sofa watching cable TV or Netflix/Amazon TV.

We've furnished this home to impress and have recently completed an extensive remodel & renovation. All beds are NEW with down comforters, high quality sheets, and of course way too many pillows! We also provide oversize plush bath towels and hot tub towels. If you have any special needs or requests we're happy to assist.

Fully equipped house ready for your relaxation. We include everything the "big" property management companies skimp on to nag on your vacation. We provide Starbucks coffee, bottled water, paper towels, quality toilet paper, trash bags, washer dryer with detergent/softener, NEW pots/pans, kitchen utensils, coffee filters, spices, blender, crockpot, hair dryers, etc.

Snow removal is also provided including our circle driveway.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Failure to request approval in advance may result in removal from the property and forfeiture of all payments.

Davis summer stay

We stayed for a four night long weekend and had a great time! The house is wonderful - the kids loved the hot tub, everything was very clean, the house was very well-stocked with everything you need and more. Kevin the owner is very responsive and helpful; he gave us great suggestions for activities and places to eat and shop, and he was always quick to answer any questions we had. We were all very sad to be leaving. You will not regret choosing this house for your stay.

Really Perfect WV Escape

Mountain Time was perfect for us. House was very clean, beds and sheets were very comfortable, and the kitchen appliances were in great condition. The walk to the slopes took about 5-10 minutes. The powder day was an added bonus.

Great place! Just as advertised.

My daughter and I spent Fathers Day weekend hiking around the area - Dolly Sods, Northfork, Roaring Plains and Seneca Rocks. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The experience was very much a turnkey high-end resort one. Everything was taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with bottled water, excellent coffee, all types of utensils and a great grill. The decor was awesome. Understated and elegant. Instructions/guidance from the owner was crystal clear and helpful. And, the property was absolutely immaculate. This listing gets great reviews and it should. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Why they chose this property

We chose this home after looking at dozens in the Canaan Valley area. The proximity to the ski slopes, trails, horses, tennis courts, etc. is incomparable. The home was built in 2005 making it one of the newer developments this close to the ski slopes. We feel this home is the perfect weekend get away. Not too big and definitely not too small with all the comforts of your home.
