HOUSE RULES NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY -Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends. No noise must be heard from the property after these hours. -Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the house. -No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed. -Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to: No cats, rabbits or birds allowed. Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted. Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest. Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable. Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

We all loved our stay. Location is so so good. Well equipped unit with everything you could need. Main bedroom bed was so comfy. Would love to know mattress brand
The place was clean and neat, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is located on the edge of the center of town and across the street is the beach, park and walking trails. So, a very convenient location and well appointed unit. With front and back patios and carport.
Absolutely breathtaking property! We loved our stay there, perfect to be able to walk in to town and. Or have to drive if you don’t want to! Loved our location and view of the beach also. Property was lovely, clean and modern.
I tried messaging at booking about a cot but no one returned my message, I then called and was told it might be best to “byo” my cot…. Then to arrive and see a cot available. So was a little bit frustrating on the communication side of it (when car space is precious). Apart from that our stay was amazing and the facilities were great!

Thank you for your review. At the time due to concerns with Covid I strongly advised all parents to BYO a cot. As covid is easily transmitted and not wanting to use harsh chemicals on sleeping areas for a baby I personally felt a little less room in a car far out weighed the risk of a baby catching covid. Everyone has their own views on the situation but this is what I felt at the time was best and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding .
Very nice well furnished property, the bathroom was a little dated and would benefit from a refit but this didn't spoil our stay and we would recommend this property. Excellent location and views.
This property is perfectly located across the road from the beach and a short walk to the shops.
It is spotlessly clean and very nicely styled with excellent quality linen and towels There is plenty of quality kitchenware and we would love to return

The previous guest had put blue tack on the back of the remote as they broke it.... It was removed after your stay as wasnt noticed until then.

We had a lovely time at this ideally located villa in central Dunsborough, we are able to have our dog with us too, beautiful view of the bay and lovely accommodation
We stayed for four nights at the property and enjoyed our experience here.
We made a few minor suggestions on how the property experience could be improved such as more than one teaspoon, a broom to sweep up etc and I’m sure the property management will implement these small changes to improve the property experience !
Be aware that the properties are very close together and close to the road so it can be a little noisy.

Great location and very nice unit fitted out with everything we needed.
The main improvement would be for the bathroom to be updated and to have a second bathroom as it accommodates 6 adults. A 2nd bathroom would have been better
