This is a lively home filled with nothing but good vibes! It is a beautiful place with lots of light entering it and spectacular views of the garden and hills from the bedroom and kitchen windows. It is fully furnished and everything is in brand new condition. It is both spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect stay for your next getaway!
It is only 30 minutes from both the CBD and Airport.
This home comes with the full package both inside and outside. Starting from the outside, there is a patio entry overlooking the garden greenery along with outdoor seating and table. On the inside there are two bedrooms with one queen bed in each, along with drawers, tallboys, bedsides, wardrobes, etc.
It can cater for up to six people. Four people will cover the two bedrooms with two people in each, and if required, two extra people can sleep on air mattresses that I can situate around the house. I have one single sized air mattress and one double sized air mattress.
Guests have access to the garden gazebo area. You will also have access to all kitchenware, appliances and furniture. There is also plenty of parking space in the undercover driveway if you have any cars. There is a washing machine available with washing powder and fabric softener. Trampoline is not recommended as i cannot guarantee it is sturdy and is to be used in your own risk.
My family and I will be available throughout the day until 9pm for any queries or questions you may have. I will be situated close-by in the house next door and readily available for any questions or queries you may have.
Rest assured though, the house is quite separate from the main house and I can guarantee lots of privacy living there.
I will be providing things such as towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, clean bed sheets, pillows and blankets.
There will be basic food items such as coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, jam, cheese, eggs, honey and corn flakes. Kitchen appliances and items such as a toaster, coffee maker, fridge, stove and oven, kettle, cutlery, knives and plates will also be available.
The neighbourhood is very good, quiet and safe. We are located on a Cul-de-sac and so there is no noise of traffic and cars around us.
There is also a bus stop about 500 metres away from us which will take you directly to the train station if public transport is your method of transport. If you have a car then we have plenty of parking space in our undercover driveway.

This house was so clean and had very pleasant decor.
Location was very close for visiting my Family.
Nearby were shops, cinema and many restaurants.

Definitely book again!
Good sized property situated at the end of a no through road so it was very peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was very useful. We particularly liked the large verandah and ate breakfast here most mornings , at times watching the kangaroos that visited the owners garden. Elly and Zeus were very friendly and we enjoyed our conversations with them .
We were greeted kindly by Zeus and stayed overnight at the property. The house although small was beautiful clean and well equipped- we literally didn't need anything as it was all in the property. We even had fresh bread and eggs in the fridge for our use which was a nice touch. It was cosy and comfortable and the gardens beautiful. If is quite close to the main house but I didn't mind that as it was just me and the kids. We met some lovely friendly kangaroos in the cul-de-sac and the morning birds were delightful. A very nice and affordable weekend away in the hills. Thanks, we will be back 🥰 it was just a shame we couldn't stay longer.

After spending 7 and a half hrs in cattle class on Air NZ and landing in Perth and then arriving at this place........
It was just the right amount of peace and quiet we needed!!! The owners were friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to.
Accommodation was tidy, clean, and fit for our purpose.
Lots of local wildlife (kangaroos, birds, lizards) entertained us while we relaxed on the deck.
The extra bedding was a bonus for us when we had unexpected but welcome family guests.
The WiFi was dodgy throughout our 10day stay so made it hard for work related communications.
The addition of a "Smart TV" (and better WiFi) would make holiday memories more exciting and enjoyable when showing or reviewing your holiday snaps / vids.
All in all.... it was a lovely peaceful place in a secure community and served us well as a halfway point for our Perth City and Mandurah excursions (4x adults).
We all would love the opportunity to book this place again. :)
Very clean, easy to find, enjoyed seeing the kangaroos in the late afternoon, but most of all, the property was very clean and comfortable. Well appointed.

Wonderful mini getaway
Had a wonderful stay here. Was provided with bread, milk, eggs and kitchen was well equipped. Located in a nice and quiet nook of Kalamunda and very close to shopping mall. Certainly will recommend to others.

Great potential, but lacking attention to detail and maintenance. No water in shower hot or cold, air con not working, TV control flaky, toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. We needed to know to bring our own ground coffee coffee. Some Jams and marmalade would have been nice. No Wifi password.

Sorry to hear about your experience with the shower and air-conditioner, we consider these amenities extremely important and would never let our guests go without access to these things, they are both still definitely working as it is checked after each reservation, even to date it is working, please reach out to us to provide more information about why/how it didn't work during your reservation.
We will look into expanding our breakfast items, including ground coffee and jams, and placing wifi password in a more accessible place within sight :)
