We loved our stay at this rental. Very clean, large and well decorated. The condo is very well stocked from beach towels to kitchen supplies. The owner is terrific and truly cares that you enjoy yourself and have a great holiday. Will book again.

We enjoyed a beautiful month in Arizona and this property is wonderful! Everything you could want for a comfortable vacation!! There is a great view of the desert from the living room deck and the jr. suite off the main entryway is a great place for having guests stay with you or a separate place for your children. Three bathrooms and a large master suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub is a special treat. The pool and hot tub for the villas are lovely with natural landscaping surrounding it. Barry, the owner, was super to work with and always attentive to questions! The residents and guests of the Village at Carefree are very friendly. It is a great, family friendly atmosphere and would highly recommend this property for rental. Thank you, Barry, for opening your vacation home to us!

Great spot!!

I have stayed in the Carefree Villas several times, and it is very enjoyable. This unit is an upper one and was very quiet and has nice desert and sunset views. An easy walk to Carefree and stores. The Carefree Resort is basically across the street and has excellent food, for the nights you don't feel like cooking. Although, the kitchen is well appointed. Nice pool to cool off in as well. The owner is very thoughtful and was genuinely concerned about my stay being enjoyable.

Great Unit!

This unit was beautiful, as described. It was clean, comfortable, decorated nicely and had all the amenities we were looking for. Plenty of room for all and plenty of extra space. Kids could be in one room watching TV while adults were visiting in another. Desert view off the balcony is amazing! Close to great local coffee shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this Villa, in fact we plan on renting it again next spring! Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Unit is within 2 or 3 miles of numerous good restaurants. Unit ios roomy, decor is 'western' and quite nice. Most convenient golf course is not available to guests. Mail does not get delivered to residence, must go to 'general delivery'. This unit is the only one of several dozen similar ones without a fireplace.

A true home away from home!

Although a group of friends and I have been visiting the area for years as part of an annual golf outing, this was our first stay at the Carefree Resort. This Villa exceeded all expectations and surpassed our experiences at other accommodations in the area. The layout and amenities were beyond convenient. The stocked kitchen and grill located on the balcony provided a great way to unwind after a long day on the course. Our group has determined this will be our annual "home base" for years to come!

Exquisite stay in AZ…would highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here in March and I couldn't have imagined anything more spectacular. The condo is impeccably decorated and clean. It has amazing views and a great kitchen for cooking. I think I have found my home away from home in Arizona! I can't wait to book my next trip back to AZ to stay at this beautiful villa at the Carefree Resort.

I love this area because it is quiet and peaceful. The views from my balancony are amazing and comforting. Its a bigger space and super comfy for long stays with visiting family over time.
