Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Make sure the hot tub cover is securely on, set the temperature to 98°, and clean up any trash around the area. Set the thermostat to 72° for AC (warm weather) and 67° for heat (cold weather).

Lock all windows and doors. When leaving, use only the keypad lock, do not lock any other front door locks.

Bag all trash and place inside the outdoor bins. Don not leave trash outside the bins due to animals

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Minimum age to rent is 26. No Smoking. No events or parties.

No unauthorized guests.

Non-refundable pet fee is required for approved pets at pet-friendly properties.

We enjoyed our stay !! The home was spacious and lots of room ! Everything we needed was provided ! Plus it was dog friendly and that is important to us as our dig is family ! Love lake Anna !

Very nice home. Dock is at end of a cove and water was down 2’ at the time of our stay. We barely were able to access it with a lightly loaded pontoon. Property listing should indicate this is not the easiest to access especially during summer months when lake is down.

The house itself was nice and very spacious. It is in a fairly quiet, gated community which is wooded and private. It has waterfront ACCESS. As a travel agent, I would not reserve this for a client as waterfront because you have 0 views of the lake. I would get an ear beating. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told that the view is seasonal. I can’t imagine. Again, it is a wooded area and what you see in one of the pictures is the top of the dock. That’s it. No water can be seen from any window and it would be difficult to dock your boat in this small finger of Lake Anna. It is very shallow
