This really is a great location if you're planning on staying in Groveland. It's not subject to the HOA gate, which saves you like 30 minutes of waiting and a 50 entry charge. You won't get access to the lake, but with Yosemite nearby, why would you need to?House was clean and spacious, it was a perfect setup for us. Kitchen was well stocked and the laundry room helped us a lot. It was quiet and isolated, we slept well there.Internet worked great, but the smart TV was ancient and couldn't play many YouTube videos without stuttering. I would suggest bringing your own FireTV stick or HDMI cable for your PC if you plan on using it.
