It was great, beautiful, peaceful property, cute house with everything you would need. Only think I would suggest is a cover over the hot tub/grill area. It rained a lot on our stay and we couldn’t really grill or use the hot tub much.

This small house was perfect! Brand new build so it was fresh and clean. The two bedrooms having their own king beds and baths were great. The beds were very comfortable and the back porch overlooking the pond was very peaceful. Only minutes from the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs. Will definitely look for it's availability next time we are in HS.

This is a first class property. This beautiful and spacious, lofted, cathedral ceiling structure and furnishings are brand new and immaculately maintained. It is situated on a quiet countryside setting with a small pond as the backdrop. Plenty of room to take the dogs out to stretch their legs. The host’s photographs posted on the listing speak for themselves. He reached out multiple times to make sure everything was good and was responsive to our inquiries.
