Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Throw all trash away and bring your trash bags to the outdoor bin which is through the arch on the West side of the house.
The front door will automatically lock behind you, but please lock the back door that leads to the screened in porch.
Please wash all dishes and put them away or leave them drying.
Strip the beds and leave bedding on top of each bed or on the floor of the bedroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
