This is a great property. Separate living quarters upstairs and downstairs allow for lots of privacy. Great deck for outdoor living. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for your review! So glad you enjoyed the house and location.
Beautiful spacious house, quiet private neighborhood. Lower level was perfect for 3 teens having their own space. Big kitchen with everything you need. 5 min drive to bay beaches, Breakwater at low tide/sunset was our favorite. Boys liked biking on trail & at Nickerson.
This was our 3rd time staying at this house. It suits our family well. We really like that we can get to the bike path easily and also that we aren't too far from the beach. The house has a good amount of seating in the living room so we all had somewhere to sit. We don't spend too much time at our rental houses as we're out doing lots of things but this house is a great place to rest our heads and feet.
This cottage far surpassed my expectations. The layout is fantastic, so whether you want time alone or hang with your group, there is always a place. The deck is large with awning so you can sit outside anytime. The place was very clean and equipped with all the essentials and more. The location is fantastic.... You are within a 10 minute drive of beaches, lakes, eating out or shopping. The cape cod bike trail and Nickerson State are within 5 minute drive. Margie the host was a dream to deal with. We had a great time and plan on going back next year.

Thanks for your kind comments! I strive to be responsive so it means a lot!
Please come back next summer!!!!
The house was a great location to bike path and plenty of space for family of 5. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn’t working for half of our stay and cell service was not good in the area. This was difficult in light of 3 teenagers in our family. Prop manager was very responsive but I still feel we should have been refunded some for the inconvenience.

I am so sorry that the issue with the wifi router impacted your vacation. I a, glad I was able to sort it out. We will of course provide you with a refund.
Beautiful property, convenient to everything on the Cape!
We had such a lovely vacation staying at this beautiful house. The rooms were immaculate when we arrived, full of light and thoughtful, fun niceties (interesting books to read, art on the walls, games to play, CDs to listen to, etc.). The beds and couches were very comfortable. And having the piano was a delight! Cooking in the spacious kitchen was easy and fun, and saved us money compared to what we would have spent eating at restaurants for every meal.
The yard outside was lovely - the kids enjoyed running around and playing outside. Beaches were very close by, as well as food shopping (we went to Shaw's), restaurants, etc. It's a great location to be able to visit anywhere on the Cape - even our day trip to Provincetown was super convenient.
We would definitely recommend staying here. We hope to do so again!
House location was great but many problems inside. Light sockets burned mouse droppings in cabinets, air conditioning not working in master bedroom or basement bedroom and deck awning not working.contacted realtor who was great to report problems who stated she would get them fixed

Thank you so much for sharing your finding on the house. As I mentioned, we often dont know there are issues unless a tenant tells us…so we are grateful. Sorry to hear that your stay was less than satisfactory. It is, however, good to know that you will be returning next summer.
I shared your comments with the owner. He thinks that the work he had done in the Spring to install new mini splits created some access points for mice. We have now gone over the house and garage with a fine tooth comb looking for and sealing up any mouse entry points. We have also completely sanitized the kitchen. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and respond immediately.
In terms of the awning: that was a simple fix…it just needed to be plugged in again.
Regarding the burnt light socket: we have an electrician scheduled to check it out.
Again, thank you for sharing your comments.
property was very spacious, close to beaches and shops, one hiccup with the grill that was rectified immediately, Would recommend using the property manager Margaret
Spacious house with a great location close to Nickerson State Park and 4 minute drive to Linnell Beach. Margie was very responsive to questions and nice to deal with.
Great place - would come back. Only minor improvement in the listing is clear statement of requirement to arrange linens. Quick call to Margaret - she bailed us out!
We had a great week in Brewster and this rental experience was great. The house had plenty of room, was extremely clean and the north or hood was very quiet. Access to the bike trail, without having to use a main road, was great! Thanks for a great week!
We had a great stay here! When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that the house was even better than the pictures, with plenty of room to spread out for our multigenerational family. The home was clean and very comfortable - with a large deck and yard, too. The location was perfect for quickly hopping on the rail trail or using the Nickerson park trails, and we were a short drive to beaches (although we didn’t use a public beach access). We would definitely return here!
We decided to head to the cape over the holidays to get away. When we arrived, the heat was set at 50F, there had clearly been a leak in the roof above the office (first floor), the dishwasher smelled as if it had been run 3 months ago, and the shower curtain was moldy. Upon running the dishwasher, we noticed a leak coming though the basement ceiling under the kitchen - two of the three bedrooms are on the basement level. Margie was very quick to respond by having a plumber come on Sunday to repair the leak, and she cleaned up the other messy areas but it will be a while before I take a chance at an off-season stay again. The location is great and the deck and property would be very enjoyable in the summer months.
This was a last minute decision for us to go to the Cape in September. The house had more amenities than we expected! Also we were very please with the cleanliness of the whole house, including the spacious deck and outside furniture. The property manager was very responsive, which is always a plus. I would recommend this house!!
The property was located in a nice area close to lots of activities. We were in town for a family event. The house had lots of rooms d we enjoyed our time there.
We had a great stay at this property, convenient to many restaurants and stores, also a quick trip to Dennis and Brewster beaches! We loved dinner on the deck!
Great location! Very spacious and the piano in the great room was a wonderful bonus! Minor issue with central air was addressed immediately by property manager. Overall, a great stay.
The house was perfect for my group. The backyard and deck were very private and we spent a lot of time outside, using the grill pretty much every night. We had a few people working remotely each day during the week (quality wifi), and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had one or two minor issues pop up during our stay, but Margie was incredibly responsive and made sure we got everything taken care of.
It's located about a 4 minute drive from Linnell Landing Beach, which couldn't have been more convenient. Being more of a locals beach, it was NEVER crowded, even on weekends. There's limited parking, but often we would bike there anyway (or drop off chairs, coolers, etc. and then bike back).
Would definitely stay here again!
