This may be the nicest vrbo/rental I've stayed at. Definitely recommend. Very peaceful. Loved sitting outside. House seems new and clean. Host had great communication and even left us a personalized letter. Lots of places to golf in the area. Would love to stay again!
This property is very beautiful. We enjoyed the serene and beautiful scenery. I would suggest not counting on all rooms available for sleeping. One of the bedrooms upstairs does not have any air vents and has no windows so is very hot and stuffy. We did see a couple of ants in the kitchen but they did not get into our food. Overall this is a beautiful property and would definitely recommend it to others.
This is an absolutely beautiful house! We had a Women's Weekend here. The house's many spaces were great for gathering, and there was copious room for parking. The area by the creek is idyllic (if only the weather had cooperated!). Sarabel was very prompt in responding to inquiries. Highly recommend!
Property was exceptionally clean and had a cozy aesthetic. You could tell the owner cared about her house and grounds. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. The owner even provided bath robes for the hot tub.
I had to reach out twice to her during our stay and she quickly responded, once during check-in and another time asking about amenities.
The location is fantastic, quiet but close to restaurants and shops.
The only thing I would recommend is that the owner give access to a washer and dryer, as most do. I’m assuming it’s because they are on a well system. And it’s my fault I didn’t confirm one would be available.
Overall, I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.
What a beautiful, secluded property! After a few busy days at Cedar Point, our group of 9 loved coming here to relax and slow down a little while exploring the countryside around us. We definitely recommend checking out the Nauvoo Family Market about 20 minutes away for fry pies, and sitting in the hot tub at night watching the fireflies. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful. When we arrived, we couldn’t find a hair dryer anywhere, so they quickly ordered one for us and it showed up the next morning.
