This fully furnished apartment has its own private entrance with a walkway/side yard access. First floor entryway with mudroom/office space, and washer/dryer. Upstairs (above garage) is a beautiful open-concept newly built apartment with a gorgeous kitchen, bathroom, living area (with couch that converts to bed), & 2 queen bedrooms. Located in walking distance from: local playground/ball fields/center of town. 1 mile from grocery stores, restaurants, highway, etc! 15 minutes north of Portland and 10 minutes south of Freeport (LL Bean!).
