The resort is located in the small community of Sooke. There are a variety of fishing excursions available (list can be provided) plus whale watching, kayaking, paddleboarding on site. There are plenty of hiking trails, beaches (try Sooke potholes) nearby.
The resort is a few km from the nearest grocery stores and commercial areas of town. Please contact host for specific information on points of interest.
Guests will have access to the entire space during their stay.
There are storage lockers in the carport that guests will also be able to access to store sporting equipment during their stay. Owners keep two lockers for personal items.
This unit is in the front row of a waterfront resort. It is bright and has Sooke Harbour and Whiffin Spit views from both the main floor deck and the master bedroom deck.
Carport parking is on the lower level. Walk up to entryway with coat rack and front closet.
Main floor has main living space with kitchen, dining, breakfast bar and living area. Smart TV above electric fireplace. Deck with patio set and barbecue.
Second bedroom is next to the 4 piece bath with laundry. Queen bed with large closet and clothes storage.
The master bedroom and ensuite are the entire second floor. There is a tv in the bedroom with a mirrored closet and large dresser. Ensuite has nice sized tub, rain showerhead and large vanity. Private ocean view balcony off master bedroom.
Transit stop is within walking distance of the resort. You can also get on the double decker buses that will take you to downtown Victoria.
Taxis also available.

Please take out all garbage and recycling upon departure (bins are on site).
BBQ is electric and control is inside townhouse on the kitchen counter. Please bring back inside as it doesn’t like inclament weather.
All used bedding and towels should be placed in the laundry area.
Please ensure all dishes are in dishwasher and it is turned on prior to departure.
If the property is left with above normal cleaning requirements there may be an additional fee charged. Please treat our home as you would your own!
