Enjoy this central location 30 minutes to Panama City Beach and 17 miles to Mexico Beach. Bring your boat and enjoy Shell Island just a 20 minute boat ride to the pass. Plenty of parking for trailers and extra cars. This fully remodelled 4/2 home is comfortable and quiet. Located at the base of the Dupont bridge. This unit is one of several homes we have in our fishing village which offers dock with electric and water, fish cleaning table, picnic and sundeck area. Beautiful sunsets on the bay! Home has a large, private back yard with gas grill. Within walking distance to Under the Oaks park, new Parker Pier and restaurants. We offer a free night stay when you book a fishing charter with our in-house charter captain. The fishing village is a fun and relaxing location. The unit next door is a 5/3. Bring the whole crowd and enjoy all things in and around East Bay Fishing Village!
