This place was amazing! Steps from the pool and pickleball courts, fully stocked kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, very clean, a closet full of beach toys, chairs, and towels. Very easy to check in and very nice neighbors. There’s even a small alligator that greeted us every day in the moat. We look forward to staying here again soon!

This condo's location can't be beat. It is walking distance to Coligny Beach and all its amenities, and if you don't want to walk, there is beach access right across the street. It was on the first floor, and the condo's pool was right out the back door about 100 steps away. The shared laundry room is right down the hall on the same floor, and it takes quarters (1 to wash, 1 to dry). The kitchen was nice, had enough to cook a meal, but small, so one cook at a time. Overall, a great experience.

Everything was great. The host was very responsive. We had some issues with the icemaker and we asked for some extra towels. Both were taken care of rapidly. The unit is super close to the pool and on the ground floor, which is perfect for us. I would recommend and I will stay here again.
