Welcome to The Camellia Cottage—a cozy 3BR, 2BA home just 2.5 miles from downtown Knoxville. Perfect for families, friends, or business travelers, you’ll enjoy a peaceful neighborhood close to UT, Smokies Stadium, Zoo Knoxville, restaurants, and I-40. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this home offers a relaxing stay with a great outdoor space and quick access to all that Knoxville has to offer.
The space
This charming one-story, 1,250 sqft home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests and features a spacious layout along with a large backyard patio—perfect for laid-back evenings. Whether you’re here to explore Knoxville’s vibrant cultural scene, enjoy outdoor adventures, or dine at local hotspots, The Camellia Cottage provides a cozy and convenient home base to experience all that this dynamic city has to offer.
Our open-concept living room and kitchen area is perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. Kick back on the comfy couches and stream your favorite shows on the massive 65" Samsung 4K TV (just log in with your accounts). An air purifier in the kitchen ensures a fresh and clean atmosphere, and a dining nook for three offers the perfect spot for a quick breakfast or coffee.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, cookware, tableware, basic seasonings, and a Keurig with a variety of coffee pods for our caffeine-loving guests. We also provide dish soap, detergent pods, and basic cleaning supplies to keep things tidy during your stay.
The primary suite features a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, warm bedside lighting, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, workspace, and dresser, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two twin beds, a large bean bag, and plenty of storage.
Outside, unwind under the pergola on our large concrete patio, complete with string lights, a wood-burning fire pit, and an outdoor dining set. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy Knoxville’s beautiful evenings.

High-speed fiber internet (1 Gbps)
LG washer/dryer with detergent pods provided
Smart lock entry and front doorbell camera (no cameras inside or in backyard)

Outside space: If you use the fire pit, make sure the fire is completely extinguished. If you used the pergola string lights, make sure they are unplugged.
Please set the thermometer to 73 degrees
