Thank you, Eddie! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. 😊 We hope to welcome you back to Estes Park again soon! 🌲
Great view of the Rockies. Plenty of wildlife right outside our cabin. And just peaceful and serene to rest and enjoy our time away from the craziness of life.
Love the amenities and size—our family had a great stay. The only negative was that the code to get into the home was 9 digits—not easy to remmwber

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed the amenities and size of the home. We completely understand how a 9-digit entry code can be a bit tricky to remember. We thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve our guests' experiences. We look forward to welcoming you back for another fabulous getaway in the future.
Great property with a terrific layout for a family, easily accomodated six with beds to spare. Property was extremely clean at check-in and was a great base for exploring RMNP.
The house is so close to Beaver Meadows RMNP entrance. We saw lots of wildlife in the yard. The house is comfortable and adequately stocked for the coming we wanted to do. We would stay here again.
My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here! Cabin was in a perfect location since we were spending most of our time at Rocky Mountain, views from the decks were beautiful! Highly recommend
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Location is right at the RMNP entrance and the views were amazing. Clean home, lots of room.

Enough space for both of our families. Beautiful views and great deck to look out from to watch the stars and mountains. When we arrived it seemed like the floors were not well cleaned. Dirty and dusty.

Hi, Rachel, thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are disappointed to hear that we dropped the ball this time, as this is not the high standard of guest satisfaction and cleanliness that we hold ourselves to. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager to address with our housekeeping team. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future!
This cabin was awesome!! From
The view to the cozy rooms and beautiful town we loved it!! I would have stayed longer honestly if I could that’s how great it was. Highly recommend this home!!!✨✨✨✨
House was perfect for our family. Kitchen is small but was pretty well stocked. Fireplace was only for appearances and not designed to provide any heat.
Beautiful scenery, had everything we needed. Within a 10 minute drive of town, with little restaurants nearby. The check-in process could be improved. 4pm is quite late and no early check-in options after 2 days of travel and camping was rough. Aside from that, everything was 5 stars!
Our family of 4 stayed at this property for 5 days, and it was the perfect location for us to visit Rocky Mountain National Park daily. Everything was organized and clean. We are happy with the check-in reminders and check-out instructions. We are also delighted with the supplies at the house. Overall, it was one of the best stays we had using VRBO, and we recommend that anyone stay at this property!
Other than checking in with a faulty carbon monoxide detector beeping when we arrived the house was great. We loved all the elk around the property which is exactly what I was hoping for.
Nice home in a prime Estes location with a great view.
We had two nights in Estes with days to be spent in RMNP. This home was in a great location just off the HWY 36 entry to the park. Comfortable tri-level space with cozy living room with a walk out deck to an amazing view of Longs Peak. Master bedroom is only one we used (just 2 of us) and it had a comfortable bed and a great master suite. Home in very good shape with just a few items we are passing on to the owner and I’m sure they will address. Definitely would stay again.
We were with some of our adult children. The easy access to RMNP was the best feature of the VRBO. It allowed us to get into the park early so time restrictions were not a problem. The downside to this specific VRBO was that it was not as clean as we would have liked. Some of the dishes needed additional cleaning, and the dishwasher was not especially clean either.

Great property and location. Would stay here again. Rating due to a few minor inconveniences. Clocks need new batteries. No dishwater detergent. One bedroom ceiling lightbulb needs to be replaced. A couple of bedroom table lamp sockets need repair. A box of Kleenex would have been nice.

Close to perfect
Beautiful home. Mostly well stocked. Minor hiccup with check in. The boiler plate instructions had an inaccurate door code which made us struggle a bit to get inside. Communication was good at times and abysmal at others. No dishwasher detergent which slowed down checkout. I would definitely stay again though.

Great location. Spacious living. If you have trouble with stairs, this is not your place.
Property was clean and it has great views of the mountains. GPS could not take us to the property. If we did not arrive in the day light, there would be no way we would have found the property. Three levels in the house. There was no bathroom on the top level with the kitchen and living room. If you have trouble with stairs, this should not be your choice. Was surprised to make the reservation in VRBO and then had to deal with a third party company VACASA for details on arrival. During time of pandemic, I would rather have dealt with one
contact and had a better cancellation policy.

Hi Todd, we appreciate your feedback. We apologize for any confusion with booking this home. Vacasa is the property manager and we list this home on VRBO so that guests can book. VRBO is a booking site, but they don't manage this home. After booking we send guests confirmation emails along with check-in emails. We are also available 24 hours a day to assist if guests have any questions or concerns. We are frequently updating our cancelation policy to be as flexible as possible during this pandemic. We hope to host you again soon.
I booked the rental on VRBO, the info. on Vacasa's site was different. Very confusing and frustrating. Vacasa said I had not made a security deposit when I had, but on the VRBO site. Forget contacting Vacasa Customer Service by email. The responses were canned responses that had nothing to do with my question. After 2 days of back and forth email, Vacasa wrote and said "contact your trip manager". Wait, I thought you were the trip manager? I will never book another VRBO managed by Vacasa.

Small but spacious 4 bedroom home - No AC
Stay was lovely , few minor updates and repairs are necessary though. First and foremost , we didn’t realize this home has no AC - perhaps that’s fine most of the year but in August it was quite hot and uncomfortable , especially with no fans to help circulate the air.
Basement shower head was wrapped with mushy toilet paper(to not spray everywhere) and dripping. Perhaps the past guest left it like that as a temporary fix but it was not addressed. I also found someone else’s pants between the dresser and wall thinking it was mine!! Lastly, as per the house rules - we were asked to start the first load of laundry; however when I opened the laundry basket to put all my towels in, it was filled with the previous guests soggy and smelly towels . This was really an embarrassment as I took pride in choosing this rental for my family . Vacasa is the rental company used once booked here but they really need to see through their properties .
