Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Empty the refrigerator and cabinets of all personal items Set thermostat to 68° F if heating. Set thermostat to 72° F if cooling. Close all windows

Dispose of all used toiletries and trash. Trash must be bagged and goes in the blue bin, recycle goes un-bagged directly in the yellow bin.

We had a lovely stay at for a week in Colorado Springs. The location was fabulous, but still quiet, the beds were comfortable, and Isaac was an extremely responsive and thoughtful host. If we make it back to the area, we'll definitely stay here again!

Adorable guesthouse located close to downtown. Appreciated the quiet place to rest for a few days while also venturing around Colorado Springs. Friendly hosts. Smooth check-in and check-out. And we loved the view of Pikes Peak from the kitchen and other rooms.

We booked this trip very last minute to come to town to visit family.The house was exactly as described. Very clean and well appointed. The location is also very close to downtown. If I had not been with my mother I probably would have walked a lot of the places we went.Communication with the host was also excellent. They were very friendly and responded very quickly to questions.Would stay here again without hesitation.
