Your holiday rental No. 9 at Villa Augusta is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people.

With a living area of about 60 m²—which, due to the sloped ceilings, corresponds to a floor area of nearly 70 m²—your apartment, bathed in light from morning to night, spans two floors.

The holiday apartment on the 2nd floor consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a west-facing balcony. The location is very central, directly across from the spa gardens, and the beach is only about 200 m away.

On the lower floor is the cosy living room, which is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. From the living room, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony, which is furnished with balcony furniture. The entire apartment features easy-to-maintain designer flooring.

In the lower bedroom, the double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. The balcony door can be darkened with pleated blinds. In the second bedroom—on the upper floor—there are two single beds (90 x 200 cm), both of which can be pulled out to form a double bed if needed.

The separate kitchen in your holiday rental includes 4 hob burners, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

This is a non-smoking holiday rental where a maximum of two pets are allowed.

Villa Augusta is located in the centre of Boltenhagen. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available on the premises. You can park your car in the outdoor parking space belonging to the apartment.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

Villa Augusta is located in a very central location, right on Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen. It’s the ideal starting point for your Boltenhagen holiday, with easy access to all amenities in the centre. The fine sandy beach is also just 200 metres away.

Pets are allowed in some apartments.
Wi-Fi is provided in all apartments (subject to availability).
Each apartment has a designated outdoor parking space right next to the building.


Holiday apartments at Villa Augusta

Villa Augusta has a total of 14 apartments, some of which are available for holiday rentals. The two- and three-bedroom apartments at Villa Augusta, which accommodate five to six people, are comfortable and individually furnished, and each offers an additional relaxation area on its own balcony or terrace. Some of the three-room apartments are spread over two floors. All apartments feature a spacious living-dining area, either with an integrated kitchenette or a separate kitchen.
Given Villa Augusta’s central location, small shops are located on the ground floor of the building.
