New Listing for 2026~ Welcome to this secluded, serene little condo Newbold Sq. in Rehoboth Beach. Just over the walking bridge and to the beach. After ad day at the beach, come back and enjoy the solitude of the community pool overlooking the Silver Lake. The space features one cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a terrific living room that includes a comfortable sofa bed. Guests enjoy a full bathroom and climate control with heating and AC to keep things just right. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this welcoming spot offers a perfect home base. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
Property is being rented through local real estate company & we will send you a lease once booked. Linens are not provided with this property, however, your agent can give you linen rental options with your lease. There are no refunds through VRBO, however we do offer a cancellation policy with our lease. 15% penalty for cancellation if we are able to rerent your dates. No refund if we are not able to.
