Welcome to the farm at420.Just 10 minutes from whiteface ski center.This secluded property has a new 1 bedroom apartmentFully furnishe with a memory foam gel top mattress. 800 thread count cotton sheets
A 50 inch flat screen smart tv, ductless mini split heating and cooling. Full kitchen set up with an induction cook top , microwave oven with exust fan Keurig coffee machine with 6 cups to get you started.
There are 2 extra towels in the bathroom for use with the hot tub. Which is located in the bottom of the play house . Please keep it covered when not in use !!
There is also a large backyard with Mountain View’sand a lean too with a fire pit. And there is a patio with a gas grill table and 2 chairs !
