Good experience and good location. Very enjoyable time spent with family. The experience with uninvited jellyfish in the ocean was the onlyunexpected frustration!!! Kevin, was available and attentiveto our questions.

We really loved the location of this place. Having the beach steps away and pretty much anything else you want across the street was great. It wasn't the most luxiourus place but it was comfortable and a great deal for a 3 bedroom, oceanside condo in OC during August. The use of their beach chairs, umbrella, cart, etc. was a huge bonus for us. It made packing much easier. The place also has many board games to kill the time. You can see the Northside Park fireworks on Sunday night from the balcony which was also a bonus.I think the cleaners forgot to sweep/vacuum. This was communicated to Kevin and he promptly replied. It wasn't really a big deal to us and everything else was tidy and clean. I just wanted to mention this since my review was 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall we had a great week and would rent his place again!
