About this property

2BR Condo Beach Front

This 2 Bedroom unit is located on the 2nd floor near the pool on the South Side of the building. New carpet, new window treatments and new paint! Unit offers a King bed, 2 Twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa and a regular coffeemaker as well as a Keurig. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There are also beach chairs and a bag of beach toys in the lockers for you to use. Enhanced cable and streaming available.

This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens can be purchased at an additional cost. Linens include sheets for every bed as well as bath & beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.

Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.

Building offers free wifi, shared coined laundry.

Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Was a very nice apartment, clean and kitchen had very thing you need…could use a little updating. Beds very comfortable. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.
