Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We would thankful if you could strip the beds on your last morning there.
It would be helpful if you could take your trash to the dumpster in the parking lot behind the pizza shop.
Please turn the thermostat to 70 as you head out the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
