A cozy and convenient condo in Breckenridge's Historic/Art District, located in the 100 block of North Harris Street, Breckenridge, CO. It is just a short walk (or free shuttle ride) to the slopes. The unit has a nice back balcony where you can enjoy mountain views and grill up après-ski yummies on the propane grill—we provide the propane!

Summit County offers some of the most diverse terrain available in the world. Bundle up and enjoy world-class downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, tubing, sledding, sleigh rides, snowshoeing, dog sledding, festivals, hiking, fishing, indoor/outdoor concerts, outlet shopping, and more.

But by far, the best-kept secret in Summit County is that there's more to do in the summer than in the winter! Get out and enjoy golfing, fly fishing, biking, hiking, whitewater rafting, sailing, boating, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, tennis, swimming, hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, gold mine tours, scenic chairlift rides, outlet shopping, concerts, festivals, and jeep/ATV/Hummer tours, to name a few.

Longbranch is accessible from the lower free parking garage. Use the provided cart to transfer luggage to the condo via the elevator. No stairs! Plus, the unit is on a single level.
