For larger vehicles, or if you have a second car, the owner provides one City of Rehoboth Beach parking permit for use on non-metered streets. Excellent property and location very close to beach and main shopping area. The screened in porch was a huge bonus -- very relaxing breakfast and post-beach hangout spot. Note that the bed in the master bedroom is two twins pushed together and not a true king. Comfortable sleeping, but not the best for cuddling.

Fantastic spot, a block and a half from the beach. The place was immaculate, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen had all the standard appliances and tools. Being a couple blocks off of the main drive means fairly quiet surroundings. The front porch which is screened in was great also!

The place was nice. The rooms are small. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Definitely not enough. One pillow was missing a pillow case. There were some spices but no salt and pepper. We had great weather and the neighbors are nice. Parking is tight. Very tight.

Overall a very nice updated home. The parking was a bit rough since 3 different properties share an extremely small area. I was able to get my vehicle in with no issues but the problem is with Unit B. The space for that unit is straight back and there was a huge minivan there which impedes the other two units spaces so that needs to be addressed. Also there were a ton of mosquitoes in the house when we arrived and a strange instance of the alarm system arming overnight and going off when I opened the door the next morning. The place was fine but for the price I'd like some more convenience tbh.

We arrived and the place was ready on time. Kitchen is small but met our needs. We had plenty of rooms for 4 and it would have still been fun with 6.

This house is the ideal location with parking which is key/essential when staying near the boardwalk. It is so close to everything, but on a nice quiet street. The value of walking to everything makes it worth every penny! The home is clean, well stocked and had high quality appliances and household items!

The best sleep I’ve had in ages!

I can’t recommend this house enough! It’s in the perfect location - walkable to everything yet quiet. The bed was the most comfortable and I had the best sleep I’ve had in quiet awhile. We will definitely be back!

How soon can I book for Sept 2025?

My BFF and I have been going on beach weekends for years (Rehoboth, Bethany, Fenwick, OC). This house may be our favorite of all. Perfect location, all the amenities (the PORCH), easy walk to...everything! Everything you could want for a beach getaway. Can't wait to come back.

A great little escape

Had a great stay here with our family. The location is ideal, in a quiet part of town but just a couple of blocks from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. There is a nice park across the street and we even saw a bald eagle one day at the lake! The beds are very comfortable. The family room has a big comfortable sofa. There is a screened in porch with vinyl curtains which was comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

Unbelievably great location and porch

This was our 2nd stay. Incredible location (easy walk to beach and Rehoboth Ave). LOVE the porch - could live out there alone! Nice light in the home. We never spent a minute in the living room but the couches are comfy. Nice outdoor shower, good kitchen and bathrooms. Housekeepers do a great job with a family friendly home. The one parking space is tricky to get out of but we never needed to use the car during our stay. Would definitely return again.

Basic home ,moderate price range, comfortable and clean.

Well equipped, comfortable furniture. Home was perfect for our sisters get away. Nice quiet location. Great amenities, coffee pot, fridge and range. Neighbor in backyard discouraged us from parking in the rear, probably because it was hard for her to maneuver with our car there. Off season free parking during our stay, so off street parking was fine for us. I think we may try to book this house again in the Fall.

Nice, Clean place to stay for a Weekend

This location was nice and clean, a lovely place to stay for the weekend. We were staying there with a group of 5 adults and we found it was roomy enought o accomodate us, though it might be tight if you want more privacy.The house is within easy walking distance from restraunts, the beach and the boardwalk. Once we got our parking sorted out we didnt need to drive again for the weeeknd. The only downside was that we purchased parking passes before going into the house to find that there was a season pass available inside, so maybe check with the owner close to your reservation to make sure purchasing parking for a second car is necessary.The living room was large enough for us to all hang out in and the front porch is spacious and great even in the rain.Overall great stay for the money!

Had a great time staying here! Was a great location and nice bonus for us that it was halfway to Starbucks and the boardwalk! They were great shops and restaurants close by that were very easy to walk to. We didn’t have to move our car once was very nice to have fast Wi-Fi as well. Porch was very spacious and an amazing place for the entire family with plenty of seating. The family loved the shower and beds, which were so comfortable to sleep on. Was great to have two bathrooms and the door from the master bathroom directly to one bathroom was very convenient. The decor was well thought out and loved the beach feeling the home. Look forward to returning again!

Top bunk had sand in the sheets and a piece of chewed gum on the pillow. The front door keypad was confusing to operate.

The condos are ideally located but small. The property consists of 2 condos; A first level and B second and a cottage in the rear. We stayed in unit A. It was comfortable, the rooms were minimally sized, The ensuite King room which has leg room only. The bathrooms are newly renovated, but the hall bath is pretty small. The shower in the ensuite didn't drain well and resulted in standing water during your time. The ensuite houses the washer dryer, which are nice. The parking is tight, especially if all three spots are taken. If you pulled in, you'll be backing out. The parking spot for #B can potentially block egress. We had a handyman blocking egress during our stay.The handyman was a real inconvenience. The host hired him to install a bunk bed in unit B above. He arrived our last evening around 5pm and stayed for around 4 hours. I met the handyman 30 min into his work to alert him that we had a child sleeping and he assured me he'd be as quiet as possible. The noise was extensive and you could see the ceiling, lights and fans shaking vigorously. He was working alone, and furniture moving done by one person is loud. We called the unit A (property manager?), who was apparently only responsible for 1 of the 2 buildings units (maybe owned separately?) but was unable to provide much help. He offered to email the host, but nothing came of it. Not a way to end a stay. We were disappointed, especially since there is a "Quiet Neighbor" policy.

It started out great,wonderful communication from the property management team. The house was very nice and clean when we got there… we started getting dinner together and realized the stove/oven was not working. The property manager sent out the maintenance man the next day they could not fix it. Never received another communication for the property management team or an alternate idea about cooking. We had a refrigerator full of food and couldn’t cook it all weekend. We had to eat out every meal. There was five of us was very expensive. It looks like the property manager on my card gave us back 20 a day, which is disrespectful.
