About this property

Villa Torre - Ideal for 2 families

The large villa (700 m²) is set on mature private grounds (3,000 m²) with lawns and established 30-foot palms. The fully enclosed gardens offer considerable privacy. It features a larger-than-average veranda, making outdoor dining especially enjoyable. The villa's elevated coastal position provides glimpses of the Mediterranean through the palms and pines. Extensive lawns and terraces surround a very large 12 x 6 meter pool, complete with a diving board and integral steps from the Roman end.



Inside, the villa is spacious, with feature stone archways and open vaulted ceilings. The lounge and dining area are open plan, and numerous French doors lead from the well-appointed living area to the covered veranda, offering homely comforts throughout.



The villa is divided into two floors, each with its own living room and kitchen, making it ideal for two families who wish to have privacy while staying together.



In 2020, the house was renovated and modernized in collaboration with a renowned interior designer, resulting in stunning interiors. There are five new bathrooms, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and an additional bathroom in the Tower room, which offers a beautiful view of the Montgo Massif.



Please note that certain amenities such as beach/pool towels, cribs, highchairs, electricity, and bed linen are available for an extra fee, based on usage. The villa is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning in all bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a sound system, dishwashers, washing machine and dryer, microwaves, and more. There are five double bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, two kitchens, a gas BBQ near the pool, and an indoor garage. The property is surrounded by a fence and two wooden gates.

Pros: This is a fantastic house. It is spacious (even for two families with in total 5 kids) and it has a very nice Spanish atmosphere. The pool was great and the outdoors are perfect for kids to play. All facilities you would need are there. The patio with partly windows was very nice to have diner and drinks later in the evening. The area is good and there is an easy access to the town and beaches. A big plus for us was that the house is high up the hill with a nice breeze so that on the hot days it is still very comfortable especially with kids. Big thanks to Chris and Joost for the warm welcome in this amazing house.

Sfeervol ingericht huis met zwembad omgeven door mooie tuin

Wij hebben genoten van dit sfeervol ingerichte huis. Tijdens ons verblijf wisselde regenbuien en zon elkaar af, echter er zijn meerdere plekken waar je gezellig met een groep kan zitten, overdekt op de veranda (tafel/lounge) beneden bij de tuin bij de grote eettafel of liggen aan het zwembad. Ook binnen zeer mooi ingericht. Kamers allen met eigen badkamer ook met alle comfort. Wij hadden wel vanwege het vochtige weer veel last van muggen. Verder alleen maar positief over dit huis.

Villa Torre befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier.

Pros: Das neu renovierte Haus ist in gutem Zustand. Auch die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser bezaubernden Villa in vollen Zügen genossen!

Pros: heel prettig en mooi huis. we waren nu voor het 3e jaar op rij in Javea (steeds andere villa) het is een geweldige plek en omgeving om te zijn. Huis was top. enige kleine dingen zouden kunnen zijn: - water zwembad erg koud - tv kregen we niet aan de gang op nederlandse zenders (was voor kids wel leuk geweest)
