Newly renovated and refreshed throughout, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home gives families and small groups an easy island base with beach access, a neighborhood pool, and tennis/pickleball courts all close by.

Inside, the home feels light, open, and easy to settle into. Vaulted ceilings, warm wood accents, plantation shutters, and plenty of natural light create a relaxed coastal feel, while the living room offers comfortable seating, a large TV, and a fireplace for low-key nights in. The dining area seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, bar seating for three, and everything needed for beach-day breakfasts, quick lunches, or casual dinners at home.

The sleeping layout works well for families or friends traveling together. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and French doors that open to the screened porch. A second king bedroom offers another comfortable retreat with a peek of the ocean, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds plus two trundles, making it especially convenient for kids or extra guests.

Outside, the home gives you plenty of ways to enjoy the island pace. Start the morning with coffee on the screened porch, unwind on the wraparound deck, or fire up the grill for an easy dinner after the beach. Rocking chairs, lounge seating, outdoor dining space, an outdoor shower, and lower-deck games like foosball and ping pong make the outdoor areas just as useful as the inside.

Location-wise, Isle Be There keeps the stay relaxed while putting the best of Isle of Palms within easy reach. In just a quick 1–2 minute walk, you can reach the neighborhood beach access, the nearby public beach access, the neighborhood pool, and tennis/pickleball courts. The IOP Marina, local restaurants, and pier-area shops are a short drive away, while Sullivan’s Island and downtown Charleston are easy options for dining, shopping, and historic sightseeing.

- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- This property allows two dogs under, approved in advance, for a $250 pet fee each. Unauthorized animals brought into the home may incur a minimum $500 fine. The backyard is fully fenced.
- Beach chairs and toys are not provided at the property. Reservations of 4–28 nights include a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear, and guests can reserve equipment after booking.
- This home has access to a community pool, as well as to tennis/pickleball courts. The pool is open from April - October, from 8am to dusk, and is not heated.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- Driveway accommodates 4 cars.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
