Hello Stacy, thank you for your thoughtful and honest feedback. We're glad to hear the home met your expectations overall and that the kitchen was well stocked for your stay. We appreciate you highlighting the details about the location, furnishings, and bathroom setup, as this helps future guests better understand what to expect. Hi Annie, thank you for sharing your feedback during your stay. We are pleased that you appreciate the good location, easy parking, cleanliness, and excellent communication from the owner. That said, we apologize for the inconvenience you've encountered. Maintenance is one of our top priorities. Therefore, we will relay this feedback to our local property manager as well as our maintenance team so they can review and update the home so we can avoid this for future guests. Thank you for your stay, and we hope to have another chance to impress you in the future.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear the location, cleanliness, and parking met your expectations. We apologize for the check-in issue and the inconvenience of waiting outside while it was resolved. That is certainly not how we want any guest to start their stay. We also appreciate your comments about the layout and accessibility of the unit. You are right, this property may not be ideal for those with mobility concerns or for taller guests due to the sloped ceilings and narrow staircases. We'll be reviewing the listing to ensure these details are made clearer for future guests. Thank you again for sharing your experience and helping us improve.
