Great home and in a great location. Neighbors are so nice. Home comes well equipped with dishes and pots and pans. Went to do a load of laundry and they did not have laundry soap and only 1 extra roll of toilet paper, but these are essentianls that we were able to purchase. Besides that the home is a great place to get away.

Great venue for a family get away

Very nice place, close to beaches, stores, and museums. Right on the water, so don't forget your Kayaks. Would stay again.

Beautiful and peaceful stay

We loved our stay. The property is very comfortable and the location is excellent. We saw herons and enjoyed leisurely walks to the beach. And shopping and amenities were nearby.

Great location and rental

Had a blast here work my family. Right between Santa Barbara and Santa Monica great beach pretty much across the street. Would definitely stay again. Owner was a pleasure to work with.

Great getaway!

Great location

We had a great weekend in this house. Although a little dated, it had everything we need to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. The kids loved the hammock and we loved paddle boarding ☺️

Great!

Great property in very nice neighborhood! Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We docked a boat there all weekend and had a great time cruising though the harbor. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely setting

Beautiful home in a lovely setting on the boat canal. Perfect quiet setting with large lanai. Home has everything you need for restful getaway near beach. Would highly recommend.

The home was very clean and a great location for an active family.

The interior of the home is a little dated but we knew that going in based on the description of the property. We had a great time and the neighbors are also very nice on this street. The whole family would like to come here again.

Thanksgiving

We had an amazing time in this beautiful, clean, well stocked home. The location is lovely. Plenty of room and the patio/deck was wonderful. We spent a lot of time enjoying the weather and watching the boats. We would definitely rent this house again.
