A stylish and well-equipped home in a great location

Pros: I had a great stay! The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location is great too - it’s conveniently connected both to the airport (15 min with a bus or taxi) and the historical center. Giuliano is a welcoming and helpful host; he responds to messages within minutes and speaks very good English. I’m definitely coming back.

Quite and Relaxing

For us it was an ideal, quite place since we still worked in our jobs. Whenever we went out locals were nice and helpful. All the amenities that were listed and used worked well. Place offered a parking space, but a little confusing on how to properly drive out from it. Overall, Giuliano has done a nice job with his apartment.

Well equipped and clean apartment

The apartment provides a good bed, internet and kitchenware. We found the furnishings comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with. It is on the outskirts of Florence. An approximate 25-minute walk to SMN train station however you can catch a tram at about a 4-minute walk. There is also parking on site if you have a car. Good air conditioning too.

Urlaub in Florenz

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Florenz verbracht. Die gemietete Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel. In der Nähe gibt es eine Apotheke, einen kleinen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Die Haltestellen für Busse und Straßenbahnen sind nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch bequem zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es hat sich für uns gelohnt, sie gemietet zu haben.

A 2 pas du centre ville

Appartement récent bien meublé et equipé, avec l'air conditionné. Parking souterrain bien pratique. Au bord de la ZTL. Nous avons communiqué par whattsapp avec Giuliano qui a été tres sympathique. Si nous revenons à Florence ce sera à la Leopolda.
