Discover this 3-bedroom lake house gem with dock in Hiawassee. This lovely cottage offers a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a double twin bedroom. There are mountain lake views from every room and a full front glass sunroom is magical to share the peaceful, gorgeous scenery. Private dock with 1 covered boat slip and side deck for fishing, swimming, and boating is only 321 steps away. It is perfect for families or small groups. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms, each featuring a shower and one with bathtub for a relaxing stay. The living/dining/kitchen open floorplan space feels festive and cozy with a large TV over a gas fireplace, as well as central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round. Outdoors includes a gas grill as well as a firepit with a swing on/off grill for cooking over a wood fire option. The deck wraps around three sides with a large, and covered side porch to have an outdoor view with coffee or evening drinks. A deer might wander up to join you in the mornings. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or sitting on the dock, or taking your boat, paddleboard, or kayak out off of the dock. On hot days, it is recommended to close sunroom blinds in the afternoon to keep it cool. Laundry can be used for your convenience. If washing house linens or towels, please separate lights and darks.

Keep dogs under control and poop scoop, please. Rear fenced yard is for people and pets to enjoy. Do not leave food outside and close outdoor waste bin firmly since animals will be tempted to party.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lake/dock to enjoy, please use them responsibly. Swim at your own risk no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times near water.

Use life jackets when boating/kayaking. Be mindful of wake rules/local boating regulations. No running or horseplay on dock. 12 person dock limit.

Only burn clean, dry firewood, and never leave fire unattended, extinguish before leaving. Do not use during high winds or drought conditions.

Loved loved loved this property for our family of 6! The location was perfect and the private covered dock was top notch. Many family friendly things to do in the area and we rented a boat for the weekend from Young Harris Watersports just around the corner. The house was super cute and quaint. We loved the covered porch and fire pit area. Inside, the beautiful sunroom was the kids’ favorite hangout area. The rooms were nicely appointed and spacious. If you have very young children, just be mindful that the layout is master bedroom on top floor and 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor, and 1 of those bedrooms has an exterior door. We felt safe putting our teens in the room with the exterior door and then our elementary aged kids in the other room. The house had lots of thoughtful touches like mini fridge in the lower level, charging cords, and basic necessities. The hosts were very nice and super responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

We had a great weekend! We did bring a golf cart with us, which made the short trek to the dock more manageable. The walk was easy, just not with all the many things it takes to go out for the day! My 84 year old dad struggled a bit with the stairs in the house, but managed successfully. Great location and the water was plenty deep at the dock, and easily accessible. Beds were comfy and the house was WELL stocked! The sunroom is amazing for an afternoon nap!

The owners of the property were wonderful. They made this a wonderful trip for our family. The house and views of the lake were everything they said and more, it didn't disappoint. I would recommend this property to everyone and I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you Marilyn
