The MOST perfect house with a sea view (even from your bed in the master bedroom :)
only 5 minutes walk (250 meter) to the town, the sandy beach and the beach promenade with all the restaurants, cafes and shops.

The house is suitable for 4(6) people and fully equipped with everything you need.
With pool, Sunny garden, BBQ and In close WALKING DISTANCE to to EVERYTHING (and still quiet at night).

You have sea view from both the upstairs floor and the downstais floor, terrace and garden. The house also has a private back-garden with sun all day.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das kleine Haus hatte alles was wir brauchten: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine Parkplatz und Klimaanlage. Dazu ein Gemeinschaftspool mit sehr netten Nachbarn. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und nett.

Fantastische vakantie

Wat hebben we weer een heerlijke vakantie gehad in l'Escala. Het huisje was niet super groot, maar groot genoeg en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. De locatie was top met uitzicht op zee en het zwembad bij het huisje was heerlijk. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

Sehr schöner Ort und sehr nette Vermieterin

L'escala ist ein schöner Ort. Schöner Strand. Alles was man braucht, vor Ort. Abends lädt die Strandpromenade zum Shoppen und Essen ein, manche Tage mit Musik Unterhaltung. Unser Haus war top, alles super. Komplett eingerichtet. Klimaanlage einwandfrei. Kommunikation mit Vermietung war super, sehr nett und freundlich. Hund willkommen Kommen gerne wieder

Klein maar heerlijk

Begin mei zijn we hier 6 dagen geweest. 3 volwassenen en 1 kind van 3 jaar. Zeer centraal gelegen, alles op loopafstand. De eigenaresse voorziet je van alle informatie die je nodig hebt. Huisje is klein, maar helemaal compleet. Zwembad van 8x4 mtr in de achtertuin. Je deelt het zwembad met 6 andere huisjes maar dat zijn vaste bewoners en die hebben wij niet gezien. Een week escala is zeker de moeite waard. Vivera, thx for everything👍😀

Zentrale Lage, sehr ruhig, super Ausstattung

Wir sind mit drei Erwachsenen für 13 Nächte in diesem modern und sehr gut eingerichteten Haus gewesen. Man teilt sich den schönen und sauberen Pool mit 6 weiteren Einheiten. Wir waren 12 Nächte ganz alleine in der Anlage. Das Auto hat einen privaten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Vor dem Haus und dahinter gibt es eine private Terrasse. Die hintere ist eingezäunt. Außerdem gibt es in der 1. Etage einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut und wir konnten alle prima schlafen. Die Einrichtung ist komplett, alles, was man benötigt. Zu Fuß zum Strand sind es nur 2 Minuten. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig in der Straße. Der Ort hat mehrere Strände und in der Umgebung kann man viel entdecken. Girona, Besalu, Cadaques... Das Meer ist sehr klar und sauber und gut zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin könnte besser nicht sein. Meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Hier würde ich Freunde und Familie herschicken. Auch unser Hund war Willkommen. Einer der Strände ist auch für Hunde freigegeben. Der Hundestrand ist sehr schön und sauber.
