Cute and cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Close to TTU and LCU as well!

Nestled in Lubbock, this marvelous house offers a welcoming retreat for guests. With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, a bunk bed, and a full bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Two bathrooms include both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or gearing up for the day, this home provides a cozy and convenient base. We have a very large back yard with a covered patio that includes a hammock swing and a small bistro table. Our house is only 3.2 miles or about 8 minutes from Texas Tech University and 2.1 miles or about 6 minutes from Lubbock Christian University. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity as well. We hope you enjoy what our place and Lubbock has to offer.

Great stay at this Lubbock home while visiting our son for Tech parent’s weekend. The Halloween decorated home was clean and neat all around. This was a very comfy stay. Thank you!
