Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking space n 29. Shop, grocery 400 m, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 800 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 400 m, bus stop "walking distance" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
"Los almendros", 3-room terraced house 150 m2, south facing position. Spacious, practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and boiler (80 litres). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. La maison ne correspond pas aux photos de l’annonce, il manque de la vaisselle (verres, plat pour le four, passoire, cafetière,…..). Elle est très bien située, proche des commerces et plages. La piscine est très agréable. L’agence immobilière, notamment Guillermo a été très professionnel et réactif quand nous avons quelques soucis.
