Simple, comfortable terraced house "Xarmada Guillermo". 700 m from the centre of Begur, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: natural state property, swimming pool with privacy, fenced (35 m2, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 16.Oct.). Private: terrace. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Single garage at the house. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Begur plaça Forgas" 2 km, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "Sa Riera" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Illes Medes 20 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location avec vue superbe

Location propre et familiale conforme aux photos dans résidence familiale. Le +++: maison spacieuse avec une vue superbe et un garage fermé, piscine au top car pas surpeuplée à côté du centre ville et des restaurants. Le -: maison mitoyenne avec des voisins (locaux qui habitent à l année) mais qui vivent la nuit. Pour se rendre à la Plage, prevoir sa voiture avec parcmetre à payer.

geeeen zon op terras!!!!!!!!

het huis is in orde maar geen zon op het terras is 50 procent van ons vakantie plezier. Het uitzicht is fantastisch vooral als je zon zou hebben. lekker s ochtends ontbijten op terras zat er niet in. of een boek lezen op ligbed in de zon. erg jammer. zou een pre zijn wanneer dat vermeld zou worden wanneer je voor september boekt.

Ein kaltes wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist toll, alle Räume haben Meerblick. Die Zufahrt ist steil, Höhenangst sollte man nicht haben. Es war echt kalt am Abend, aber die Heizung konnte nicht angemacht werden. Alternative gab es auch nicht

Fantastischer Blick

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden: schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung und großartiger Blick über die Bucht. Die Fliesen sind recht kalt, was angenehm ist. Allerdings waren wir mit krabbelkind da, das mussten wir warm anziehen. Bei Problemen war sofort jemand von interhome erreichbar. Der Weg zum Strand dauert zu Fuß an der Straße entlang ca. 20 min, es gibt einen schönen Weg durch die Natur, der dauert ungefähr 40 min. Mit dem Auto ist man in weniger als 10 min da.

Traumhafter Ausblick mit einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Das Haus ist Groß genug und für zwei Wochen völlig ausreichend. Alles für spanische Verhältnisse wunderbar. Der Pool ist sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht. Der Ort Begur hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem die Altstadt ist wunderschön. Möglichkeiten zum shoppen sind vorhanden. Restaurants, jede Menge in der Altstadt. Zum Strand ist es zu Fuss etwas zu weit. Begur, ist ein etwas schickerer Ort, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Un pedacito de paraíso.

Las vistas fantásticas. La ubicación en un lugar muy tranquilo, solo se oían las cigarras, muy cerca de las calas más bonitas de la Costa Brava, la casa es muy amplia, le faltaría un repaso a la fachada, los colchones son viejos y la barbacoa estaba para tirarla. El jardín de la terraza de atrás estaba llena de malas hierbas. Las sábanas t toallas muy limpias, la cocina bien equipada Sin dudarlo volveremos, hemos sido muy felices.

Une vue exceptionnelle

la situation est intéressante par sa proximité de la ville, et par la vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de l'ESTARTIT et les iles Medes. Ce qui peut être regrettable c'est la distance vers la première plage ,qui est importante... La descente va bien mais la remontée est fastidieuse, et demande une condition physique importante. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Très belle vue! Accessible . Manque de vaisselle( plats, saladier, verres à eau et vin, plateau) appartement pour 6 personnes table de jardin pour 4 ! Conseils de voyage: Très belle région

Satisfecho pero sorprendido

La casa es amplia y acogedora. El parking es también amplio, cabe perfectamente un coche familiar (4 pax) y el mando de la puerta batiente funciona bien. No obstante, la vajilla - platos y vasos - no estaba suficientemente limpia y notamos a faltar algunos utensilios (pinzas). No nos ha parecido correcto que se nos haya cobrado el consumo de gas natural para el uso de la ducha, cocina, etc. Aun no siendo una cantidad importante, es la primera vez que nos pasa esto y no nos parece correcto dado lo elevado del precio del alquiler semanal.
