The terrace wraps around the house, letting you enjoy sun or shade at any time of day. It features a large barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals, and offers lovely views.
Upstairs, accessed by an external staircase, there is a studio with a bedroom and bathroom, where up to 3 guests can sleep.
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen-dining area, living room, and a spacious terrace with barbecue. At street level, there is a porch where you can park vehicles.
