Three large bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms, all with views of the sea and sand. Fully equipped beach house in a tropical, peaceful, spectacular setting. Short drive to restaurants, sites and shopping. Connected by bridge to Great Exuma where the airport is located. There is a fourth small bedroom, with two twin beds.

The house a few issues while we were there but the property manager was quick to respond and resolve issues as best as she could. Can’t beat the location of Papaya House. The views and secluded beach are just amazing!

Outdoor space at the house is fantastic. We happened to pick a windy week, but were still able to enjoy the sun. We could also swim every day at the beach out front, while many island beaches were too rough.

The Papaya House is exactly as advertised! The private beach/ocean for the house is SURREAL! We had a 3 & 5 yr old with us, so the small private beach was perfect. The house has a small sand area off to the side of the patio where the kids could still play, when we didn’t want to be down at the beach. House had a lot of floats, snorkeling gear, sand toys, DVDs, books, board games! We were never bored & totally relaxed in paradise! The property manager, Onike’, is FANTASTIC! She alone is worth the stay at Papaya House! She gave a plethora of information the day before we flew out, which made arrival stress free. While there, we had a small issue with the water pump in the house. She came as soon as we notified her of the problem (8-9pm), and got it fixed. On top of that, she’s a very kind, patient person and gave great Exuma recommendations. All in all - Papaya House was an awesome stay in paradise! Would definitely return and recommend.

What a beautiful place! We had the entire beach to ourselves for most of our stay as none of the neighbors went down to the beach. The manager/host Onike’ was absolutely fantastic and made sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our entire stay! She also arranged for a rental car and provided great details for shopping, restaurants and excursions. She always responded right away! She was fantastic!!! The location of the property is absolutely perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back again!!

Two families, 8 total people, shared this space for a week and it was heavenly! Though we rented a boat for excursions, went to TOC and had a guided excursion, the beauty and seclusion offered at Papaya House are phenomenal. One can stay at the home and experience wonderful privacy and beauty. The house itself was well furnished with soaps, towels, linens….all the start-up items you would expect. We chose not to rent a car and had no trouble getting a driver to Little Exuma. The cabana and hammock are added perks of the home. It was most definitely one of our top, of not the top, vacation we’ve experienced. Thank you!

Incredible Location!!

We had the most memorable stay in Exuma and at the Papaya House. The location and beach in front of the house is absolutely amazing! Onike' the house manager was wonderful and had great communication throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your home and we will cherish the memories we made in beautiful Exuma!

Really wonderful beach house

We absolutely loved the Papaya House! It was our 4th trip to Little Exuma and have tried a number of home, Papaya House did not disappoint! Location is perfect, the beach was tranquil and private, and the house was stocked full of beach gear and everything you need to relax for a while in paradise.

Amazing Family Trip

The Papaya House was amazing. Love Beach is as beautiful as it sounds. Despite the beauty of the house, my favorite part was being able to snorkel from the beach in front of the house.

Great Vacation!

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach was absolutely stunning—just steps away. What really made our trip special was the property manager, Onike. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Best beach destination ever!

This is our second visit to Papaya House. Absolutely thrilled with the location, definitely not a place for partying and night life which we were not interested in…such a relaxing, pristine vacation to a safe and friendly small island. We have traveled over the years and visited some of the best beaches in the Caribbean and none are better than Love Beach. We will look forward to a return visit ASAP!

Amazing home on beautiful Love Beach!

We had a great stay at the Papaya House! Had everything we needed and really appreciated having the generator! Onike was great while we were there and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Loved the location and the house with all the extras such as the kayaks, paddle board and floating mat! Can not wait to return to Exuma!

Sheer Beauty

This place was awesome! Can’t imagine waking up to a more beautiful view. The house was super clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous week from games, to kayaks, to beach toys, etc. The owners and Onike were super helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely go back and stay at there again!!!

Amazing House and Cove

The house was beyond our expectations. Videos and pictures of the cove doesn't do justice. You have to see it in person. Host was great, always responded right away. Didn't have any issues and everything was great. Can't wait stay at this house again.

Peter and Jackie live in Toronto with their adult children and dog, Blue. They have been fortunate to have travelled all over the world, but have never found a beach quite like this.

Why they chose this property

The most spectacular setting and beach we'd ever seen, and the house was modern, well decorated and well equipped.

What makes this property unique

Great combination of beach and sun with places to sit in the shade and just watch the water. Upstairs balcony off the bedrooms with rocking chairs is just about the best place to read in the world.

There are two double kayaks, a screened in Cabana and full sized laundry machines, as well as lots of water toys.
