Villa with pool near Nice

The Villa is independent and the swimming pool is completely secure for children.
The car is parked in a private and free space.
In summer the barbecue and the balls are part of the decor but in winter it is rather the chimney fire.
The terrace is large and a table and chairs allow you to eat outside, in the morning and in the evening.
The villa is not overlooked and the tranquility and privacy of the guests is guaranteed.
Inside There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 large beds, one with a TV.
On the ground floor there is a large living room which overlooks the garden: in this room there is the kitchen area and the lounge area for dining or watching TV
The toilets are independent of the large and well-lit bathroom.
Nice is a 15 minute drive with a single red light to get into town.
Near the villa, all local shops (Intermarché, bar, restaurants but also medical center and pharmacy).
We make available the part of our villa that we have not occupied since the departure of the children and we try to make the stay of our guests as pleasant as possible.
The pool remains to be shared (at least when we are there).
