Deck chairs, umbrella included. At 100m. from the large sandy beach with shallow water. Nature trail in 2 steps.
Supermarket and 2 restaurants at 200m. Ideally located for excursions (Costa Paradiso, Costa Smeralda, Castelsardo, Alghero, Stintino, Valle Luna, and many other beautiful places. Iron.
Overall SWIMMING POOL and ANIMATION in season (from 20/6 to 13/9). TENNIS. Swimming pool and tennis for a fee (€ 25 per person per week or € 5 per day)

"The house is very nice. ...

"The house is very nice. It''s really near to the beach (you only need to walk like two minutes). When we arrived the house was in a really good condition. We loved first of all the terrace. Almost every night we were sitting there, relaxing and making some barbecue. It was a really nice stay in sardegna."

Top ruhige Lage mit super Stränden. Wohnung und Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen. Nach Preis-Leistung völlig okay. Pool usw haben wir nicht extra gebucht, da wir mit der Erkundung der Umgebung beschäftigt waren.

Süße ferienunterkunt mit toller Terrasse

Das Innere der Ferienwohnung an sich ist recht unspektakulär, aber für den Preis mehr als in Ordnung. Die Terrasse ist Klasse und vor allem der kostenfreie Zugang zu dem Strand ist toll. In der Nebensaison noch schön ruhig.

Le séjour a été très agréable. La maison est TB située et bien équipée. Accueil et départ TB

Accueil personnalisé par Emanuella. De part idem. Le contact avec Sergio le propriétaire est très personnalisé, il est à l’écoute de ses hôtes. L’endroit de la propriété est très agréable avec une plage immense propre et belle a 2 pas. Je recommande cette location +++. Nous avons 2 chiens dont un labrador. Il y a une Dog Beach à qq centaines de m, c’était parfait!

es war ein schönes haus in geplegter Umgebung. Toller Strand.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Beschreibung des Objektes stimmt. Die Terrasse des Hauses ist wirklich sehr schön. In der Zeit in der wir da waren war der Strand fast leer. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend. Er hatte auch schöne Beschreibungen für Ausflüge oder für Restaurants. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Urlaub. Es war ein sehr schönes Haus und wir werden gerne noch einmal dorthin fahren

La casa è veramente molto pratica ed è l'ideale anche per lunghi soggiorni. Una bella veranda con ben due barbecue ed una cucina piccola ma che esce direttamente sulla veranda, molto pratica. La spiaggia è molto vicina e molto spaziosa. Unica pecca, a parte la pulizia, che secondo me non è molto accurata, è il parcheggio. Un po' complicato trovarlo adiacente all'appartamento. Per il resto un bel posto

Ottima posizione per vacanza estiva. Servizi della casa insufficienti e datati. DOCCIA IMPOSSIBILE

Il villaggio in cui si trova l'abitazione e' da raccomandare a famiglie e coppie: offre animazione, spiaggia incontaminata di circa 4-5km ed e' vicina a posti fantastici come Isola Rosa. Note dolenti sullo stato di manutenzione della casa. Io e la mia famiglia l'abbiamo trovata sommariamente pulita (soprattutto le stoviglie ed uno scolapiatti completamente arrugginito, sporcizia anche sotto i tavoli). La cosa peggiore e' stata la doccia: Internamente non era possibile per il pericolo di intasare lo scarico con sabbia e dover pagare una penale, esternamente la doccia NON AVEVA SCARICO e creava un acquitrino salmastro e non igienico....e' stato davvero un incubo per una famiglia dover fare la doccia due volte al giorno tornando dal mare. In ultimo, i nostri figli sono stati assaltati da formiche nel letto durante il sonno. I nostri spazzolini erano stati assaltati nel bagno il giorno prima!.Dopo aver chiesto aiuto al padrone di casa l'unica risposta e' stata quella di comprare dello spray insetticida. D'altro canto Il padrone di casa e' stato molto chiaro sulle regole e sulla lunga lista di penali in caso di rottura o di posizionamento errato di molte cose al momento della partenza o in caso di mancata pulizia del bbq, oltre alle penali da pagare in caso di chiamata di emergenza non giustificata! Insomma basterebbe investire qualche euro per rimodernare la casa ed mostrare un po' piu' di quella unica ospitalita' sarda per rendere la casa un 5 star, per adesso di stelle ne ha 2 a mio dire

Ho soggiornato in questa casa per 3 settimane, con una neonata di 3 mesi. La casa è proprio bella, lo spazio esterno stupendo (che non tutte le unità abitative hanno così spazioso, con doccia calda annessa da poter fare sotto le stelle), e la posizione della casa super strategica, davvero di fronte al mare, che con una bambina così piccola cambia la qualità della vacanza! Ottimo contesto la Baia delle Mimose, insomma tutto aderente a ciò che dice l’annuncio. Rapporto qualità prezzo ok, super consigliato!

Es war ein angenehmer, ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub. Wir hatten den Strand fast für uns allein und hörten Abends sogar auf unserer Terrasse das Meer rauschen. Bis zum Strand waren es nicht einmal 2 Minuten. Da wir uns im Vorfeld informiert hatten waren wir auf fast alles vorbereitet. Die Terrasse ermöglichte früh ein Sonnenfrühstück und schützte vor Wind. Kleiner Tipp unsererseits: vielleicht mal in ein neues Doppelstockbett investieren ;)

Excelente estancia en Cerdeña.

El alojamiento coincidía exactamente con el anuncio. Urbanización con todos los servicios (supermercado, piscina, bar, restaurante,...) y animación todas las noches. No utilizamos la piscina ni las actividades para niños, pero es una buena opción si estos son pequeños. La playa a 100 metros y muy tranquila. Facilidad de aparcamiento. Cocina bien equipada, comedor/sala de estar amplios y habitaciones correctas (perfecto para 6 personas). Jardín con terraza y barbacoa donde comer y pasar un buen rato por las noches. Lástima que no haya un segundo baño. En definitiva buen alojamiento para visitar el norte de Cerdeña,

un très bon séjour en Sardaigne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location très bien située et à proximité de la plage. La terrasse est très agréable et nous y avons passé la majorité du temps lorsque nous étions à la location. La résidence est plaisante et la possibilité d'utiliser les infrastructures (piscine, tennis) pour 105 euros par semaine pour 3 personnes a été un plus. La plage la plus proche est très agréable et très grande, donc peu de monde. La location est bien équipée en terme de vaisselle, plats... Cependant, l'appartement aurait besoin d'un net rafraichissement pour être parfait; certains équipements sont usés ou rouillés . Par contre, Sergio a toujours été très réactif lorsque nous avons fait appel à lui quand on a eu des soucis. dernière précision: nous avons été surpris qu'il y ait un appartement au dessus de notre location (étant donné que l'annonce décrit une "maison mitoyenne")

Baia delle Mimose 27.07.-03.08.2019

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Baia delle Mimose. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles, was für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt wird. Vor allem die grosse, mit wunderbaren Pflanzen bewachsene Terrasse, mit Kamin und Grill, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ausserdem ist die Wohnung keine fünf Minuten von einem wunderbaren, kilometerlangen Sandstrand entfernt. Von Sergio bekommt man vor der Abreise alle nötigen Informationen und auch sehr gute Tipps zur Umgebung (unbedingt einmal zum Essen in ein empfohlenes Agriturismo gehen!). Ausserdem hat es Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme zur Mitbenutzung. Baia delle Mimose ist eine Ferienhäuser-Siedlung, die einiges zu bieten hat: direkt am kilometerlangen Sandstrand, es gibt ein Sportzentrum mit Pool (50Meter) und Tennisplätzen und tägliches Animation- und Kinderprogramm. Als Resident kann man die Nutzung des Zentrums und die Teilnahme am Tagesprogramm dazu buchen (Tages-/Wochenpreis). Ausserdem gibt es einen gut bestückten Laden und ein, leider nicht so gutes, Restaurant. Es ist also für alle etwas vorhanden!

Beste Lage, aber....

Das Ferienhaus liegt in bester Lage direkt am Meer. Der Strand war fantastisch und trotz Pfingstferien fast leer.Die Terrasse ist groß und schön. Es gibt in der Ferienanlage einen kleinen Market, der alles für den täglichen Gebrauch zu sehr guten Preisen bietet. Leider waren wir mit der Ferienwohnung insgesamt nicht zufrieden : Sämtliches Geschirr, welches wir benutzten, haben wir zunächst gespült, da es in einem unerträglich dreckigen Zustand war. Das große Bett war okay, das Stockbett im kleinen Zimmer jedoch mit fürchterlichen Matratzen ausgestattet, die Betten waren außergewöhnlich kurz. Der Hausschlüssel war quasi nicht benutzbar, da er so schwergängig war, dass er fast abbrach. Wir sind dann immer über das Schlafzimmer nach draußen. Der Clodeckel hat gewackelt, so dass die Benutzung nur unter Vorsicht möglich war. Wir haben deshalb gleich am ersten Abend den Vermieter angerufen, dieser wollte eine "Lady" vorbeischicken, die allerdings in den 14 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts nie kam. Die Benutzung des Pools im nahegelegenen Sporthotel ist möglich, kostet allerdings 8€ pro Tag. Da wir lediglich eine Stunde schwimmen wollten, haben wir schließlich darauf verzichtet. Entgegen der Beschreibung beim Anbieter ist kein WLAN vorhanden. Sollte jemand im Urlaub E-mails checken müssen, bitte privat ausrüsten. Die "schön eingewachsene" Terrasse wurde offenbar gerodet, was zur Folge hatte, dass 4 Ferienwohnungen direkten Blick auf unsere Terrasse hatten. Wir werden sicher wieder in diese Anlage gehen, es gibt genügend private Vermieter, die bessere Wohnungen anbieten.

Un'ospite molto pignolo.Immaginate che mi ha detto che le viti del sedile W.C. erano lente e mi ha chiesto di venire a stringerle!!! Per la piscina dicendo che siete miei ospiti pagherete meno. No come indicato sul sito il Wi-Fi non c'é. Gli oleandri ,che isolano la terrazza,sono stati potati a zero quest'anno et quind a partire del prossimo anno sarete di nuovo isolati. Penso che il rapporto qualità/prezzo sia molto favorevole ,ma se non amate la natura ed il mare...... Difficile trovare una casa direttamente sul mare con possibilità d'andare anche al fiume ,alla foce et passeggiare nel parco naturale con animazione per piccoli e grandi gratuita. I materassi sono confortevoli, standard lunghi 2 m. et larghi .90 m.

Logement propre, terrasse extrêmement agréable, au calme, sans vis-à-vis. Equipement basique. Très proche d'une belle plage de sable. Dénivelé un peu dangereux pour petits enfants. Instructions claires pour trouver la maison. Propriétaire pas sur place mais disponible et réactif par mail. A revoir literie de la petite chambre et sécurité du lit superposé (il n'y a pas de barrière).

Prima volta su questo sito di case pEr vacanze. Una delusione. Casa sporca piena di ragnatele, abbiamo anche trovato un topo secco morto sotto il divano, unica spiegazione data dal proprietario "è normale in campagna, comunque meglio morto che vivo. Tornati dalla vacanza abbiamo dovuto intraprendere una discussione infinita per avere indietro i soldi della cauzione, siamo stati accusati di aver rotto dUE ombrelloni(che non abbiamo mai neanche usato)e un cassetto del frigo.una pessima vacanza!!!!!

Casa tra il verde nella pace la piu' assoluta

Spendida casa ,molto spaziosa con una grande terrazza protetta tutta intorno da piante e fiori nel silenzio il piu' assoluto.Si sente solo il cinguettare degli uccellini che vengono a bere ed a rinfrescarsi con l'aqua del goccia a goccia. Bel e grande barbeque. Letti confortevoli e pulizia impeccabile. A 2 passi parco naturale pieno d'uccelli che porta alla foce del fiume Coghinas con vista spettacolare e transito dei cefali che vengono a depositare le uova in acqua dolce. Cucina super attrezzata e doccia con acqua calda e freadda anche fuori.Casa molto confortevole e piacevole
