Confortable, accueillant et gentillesse.! belle location au centre d Annecy.

nid douillet bien situé pour découvrir Annecy. Le logement étant au 7 ème étage, il y a une belle vue, et on est tranquille! superbe lit king size dans une grande chambre. Le propriétaire et son collègue sont très accueillants et restent à notre écoute pour le moindre problème. Nous apprécions les petites attentions , comme des fruits dans une corbeille, de l eau dans le frigo, et un petit gâteau frais de chez le patissier!!!

"Tout est parfait dans ce très bel appartement, on s''y sent comme chez soi quasi immédiatement. La formule pour les séjours de courte durée est bien conçue (ah, les croissants sur le pas de la porte tous les matins!). Les 2 vélos permettent de profiter de la proximité immédiate du lac."

This flat was very spacio...

This flat was very spacious and had a superb view out over Annecy, the lake and the mountains. It had a relaxed, light and airy feel to it. The amenities were excellent (dishwasher, washing machine, drying room, bikes with locks) and the flat is very comfortable. We never heard any noise from surrounding flats. We had some problems with the cable due to storms but the landlord was very helpful and quick to get back to us with information. In general, the landlord was very welcoming, helpful and provided lots of information about restaurants and activities in the area. Overall, this is a fantastic flat in an ideal location.
